The virtual “swimming class”

It’s obvious that the classroom training doesn’t give a young engineer the hands-on experience he needs to perform his job. Furthermore, if you want to become an expert in your field, you should focus on exploratory learning, which can get extremely unstructured if you don’t have well-defined goals. We’re solving this problem with advanced internal bootcamps, where the students get the customer requirements and have to design and implement a working network (obviously with mentoring and other expert help).
